Where there are no young children involved, most divorces are straight forward. In this instance, some clients are choosing to take advantage of the “do-it-yourself” kits that are readily available through the Family Court’s website.  

However, things become more complicated when there are young children involved.  The court will require evidence that proper arrangements have been made for the children and often, divorce applications may be needlessly adjourned if one party does not have sufficient evidence in that regard.  Chris Rowe can advise you here.
