Baker & O'Brien was formed in 1975 when David Baker joined forces with David O'Brien.
Our firm gradually expanded over the next decade to the point where we expanded our firm's premises and when, in early 1990, Glen Toll joined the firm. Shortly thereafter, in 1991, Glen became a partner and the firm in its current format, Baker O'Brien & Toll, was established.
In 1992, Chris Rowe joined the firm and quickly established a niche in the area of Family Law, an area in which Chris is Bundaberg's longest serving Accredited Specialist. Chris subsequently joined the firm as a partner in 1995.
In 2012 Sarah Holmes commenced as an employed solicitor with the firm, which now comprises 4 partners, Sarah and 15 support staff including paralegal law students, law clerks and secretarial staff.
Baker O'Brien & Toll has a reputation in the Bundaberg and surrounding areas for providing high quality legal advice in the areas of Property Law, Business Law, Injury Law, Succession and Estate Law and Family Law.
Our firm has an ethos and strong commitment to getting to know our clients and their requirements. We are committed to providing a personal service to each and every client whilst also achieving professional outcomes and solutions to all of our clients' legal requirements.
