Glen Toll


Glen was born in Bundaberg and attended Bundaberg State High School before undertaking a commerce degree and law degree at the University of Queensland, Brisbane. During his studies he was appointed to the position of Senior Tutor at Kings College, University of Queensland, a position which he held for 3 years.

Glen undertook his Articles of Clerkship with a top tier law firm in Brisbane from 1988 until 1990, when he was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. 

Glen then commenced practice at Baker & O'Brien in 1990 before joining the firm as a partner in 1991, creating "Baker O'Brien & Toll".

Glen's primary areas of practice are property and commercial law and he has strong ties with the local business community.  Glen is frequently in contact with, and provides advice and assistance to, local building contractors, realtors, accounting firms and farming enterprises.

Glen has also provided assistance and advice to a number of local sporting associations and has served as a member of the Bundaberg Race Club Committee, Chairman and member of the Bundaberg Rugby League Judiciary Committee and various other local sporting involvements.

Glen has also served as a Director and Chairman of the Bundaberg Port Authority and as a Director of its successors, the Port of Brisbane Corporation then the Gladstone Port Corporation. Glen is also a past Board Member ofthe Shalom Catholic College.
