All of our lawyers and staff are located at the firm’s business premises in the heart of Bundaberg. Our office address is 7 Maryborough Street, Bundaberg.

What is your phone number?

(07) 41 524 555

What are your prices like? Can I get a basic quote? How do you charge? Will I need to pay upfront?

Most legal services are charged in accordance with a costs agreement, which is provided to you at the commencement of the matter, and which must be signed and returned before any work is done. This includes work done in the areas of family law, personal injury, significant commercial and leasing work, criminal and civil matters in the Courts, and estate administration.

In most of these cases, an initial advance is required.

There are fixed price services available for basic conveyancing and Wills.

Do you offer payment plans?

Generally, no. However, you should feel free to discuss your financial situation with the lawyer involved with your case, preferably at your initial appointment.

Do you offer “No win – No Fee” for personal injury matters?

Yes, we do.

When meeting one of our lawyers for any personal injury matter, please discuss our fee arrangements. Most matters are accepted on the basis of a deferred arrangement, with applicable fees taken from the proceeds of your claim.

Do you certify documents? Do you have JPs available?

We do have Justices of the Peace at our office and Commissioners for Declarations. However, we are first and foremost a legal office. While we do certify documents, it is generally for clients that we know and in the course of a matter in which the firm has been instructed.

Documents may be certified at the courthouse, which is located just around the corner from the firm’s office.

Do you offer any packages or discounts?

It is best to discuss our fee arrangements at your first meeting with a lawyer.

Do you hold relatives' documents in safe custody? What can you hold in safe custody?

On behalf of our clients, we offer the service of storing in our safe custody original Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Leases, Certificates of Title, Agreements, etc.
