Gemma started at Baker O’Brien and Toll in 2011 as an office junior before moving on to work in conveyancing, commercial transactions, wills, and estates. In 2016, she moved with her family to New Zealand, where she worked as a legal executive assisting clients with their wills, powers of attorney and estate and trust administration.

She recently returned to Bundaberg and started at Baker O’Brien and Toll in 2021 as Office Manager.

Gemma enjoys the variety of tasks needed to keep the office running smoothly and using her IT skills to implement process improvements and efficiencies.
